Added Title screen, added hi-score functionality (including saving high-score list)

Changed collision detection when rescuing citizens to make it easier to avoid flying into terrain.

Next up; add between stage screen, add new mob (Mutant), add additional stages.

Install instructions

Download and unzip file into desired folder.  Execute the enclosed application.  Controls are WASD to move and SPACE to shoot.  Escape key to exit the game.
